We stepped in to modernize his entire setup—updating the design and structure to match current email provider standards, cleaning up code, and resolving bounce rate issues. The result was a revived email channel that now reaches his audience reliably again.

The Goal:
Tad had built a strong brand presence and a loyal audience, but his newsletter had been sitting idle and underperforming. The goal was to breathe life back into the email channel and ensure it became a dependable line of communication with his audience.
The Challenge:
The emails were regularly landing in spam folders, and old HTML-heavy templates were causing display issues on Gmail, Yahoo, and Apple Mail. On top of that, a high bounce rate was putting the reputation of the sender domain at risk. Without better deliverability and updated formatting, any effort to revive the newsletter would be wasted.
The Results:
We brought the bounce rate down to nearly zero, cleaned up the template structure, and ensured everything complied with modern inbox standards. Thanks to these updates, Tad’s campaigns are now reliably landing in inboxes instead of spam. His newsletter is finally a useful tool again—not just a forgotten asset.
