The Goal:
Eva wanted to stop manually chasing leads in her DMs and comments, and instead create an automated system that consistently generated high-quality coaching appointments from her existing Instagram audience. Her vision was to build something predictable that ran even when she wasn’t online, without relying on paid ads.
The Challenge:
Despite her large following and strong brand, Eva’s lead generation was entirely manual and unscalable. She spent hours each day replying to DMs, following up with prospects, and trying to book sales calls. Her existing lead magnet wasn’t converting, her email list of 915 contacts was cold, and she had no structured way to guide leads into her program. If she took a break, everything stopped. She needed a funnel, a strategy, and automation that could turn followers into clients, without burning her out.
The Results:
Within just 30 days, Eva’s new funnel began converting organic traffic at 64.8% on the opt-in page and 6.7% on the VSL-to-call booking page. Instagram automations began collecting leads straight from story replies and comments, feeding the funnel automatically. As a result, Eva now books over 9 qualified appointments every week on autopilot and doubled her email list to 1,835 subscribers. The system now runs in the background while she focuses on coaching, giving her back time and control without ever spending anything on ads.
