The Goal:
The main objective was to transform a half-abandoned newsletter into a fully optimized marketing channel. We wanted to reconnect with existing subscribers, attract new leads through relevant and valuable incentives, and build a sustainable system for consistent communication and conversion.
The Challenge:
The list hadn’t been properly maintained, and engagement was low. No clear strategy existed for growth, and monetization was inconsistent. We needed to craft new lead magnets from scratch, segment the audience intelligently, and establish trust before attempting to sell. Understanding the pain points and psychology of Damien’s fitness-oriented audience was key.
The Results:
Within the first phase, we created a tailored growth strategy using lead magnets that directly addressed the problems of Damien’s audience. This brought in nearly 2,000 new subscribers organically. The revitalized newsletter, paired with value-first email sequences, led to consistent revenue from each broadcast—averaging $100–$200 in sales per send, with some emails improving prior performance by as much as 78%. The project successfully turned a stagnant list into an income-generating engine that deepened community connection while increasing ROI.
