The Goal:

Manisha Morgan, a certified MNU Nutritionist based in Northampton, UK, wanted to transform her audience into a reliable, revenue-generating asset beyond Instagram and TikTok, where she had built a following of over 100,000 women inspired by her relatable, science-based approach to fat loss and menopause health. Her goal was to establish a high-performing newsletter that could warm leads, deepen connection, and drive consistent sales for her 6-week coaching programs — creating a system she could depend on with every launch, rather than relying entirely on the volatility of social media.

The Challenge:

Despite her thriving online presence, Manisha had never outsourced anything before and was skeptical about whether email marketing could actually work for her business. She had an old email list of 431 contacts that had been untouched for over two years, no proper strategy to grow it, no automations, and no experience turning subscribers into buyers. What she lacked was not just a list, but a system — a lead magnet that resonated, a landing page that converted, and a strategy that warmed cold leads into excited buyers. Starting from scratch with limited list hygiene and inactive subscribers, we had to build a full stack of email marketing infrastructure that could match her brand’s momentum.

The Results:

Over the span of six months, Manisha’s email list more than tripled (growing from 431 to 1,341 subscribers) while maintaining exceptional engagement: a 63.3% average open rate and 5.3% average click rate, with the highest-performing email reaching a 48.1% OR and 21.2% CR. A simple landing page we created converted at 20.4%, and once nurtured, her list delivered real revenue: nearly doubling her average sign-ups per program and generating an extra ~$3,700 in sales per campaign. We also discovered that shorter, high-density email promos outperformed longer ones; a strategy shift that made her launches more time-efficient and impactful. What started as an ignored email list is now one of Manisha’s most valuable assets, consistently driving sales and deepening community trust.
